Ugh, a two day migraine followed by a cold moving through my body waylaid me for a few days. Did the stairs quite a bit as new pup has learned how to go up but not down. Not enough to count as points. I did eat a big salad and had some steamed vegetables as well for seven servings. Her eis a pic of me with a lovely cold and my neck warmer, Rosie.

HBBC-Eve
And the work out clothes were slung by the sneakers with flair, in hopes that in the a.m. the gym I will dare.
GOALS for Day One
1. 50 minute spin class. (points TBD on how I do with the low and high impact cardio)
2. 60 minute Body Blast (weight-lifting to music, so also a low impact cardio component?)
3. Treadmill Time TBD
4. Big salad with rest of greens, peppers, celery, cabbage, carrot... make it 5 servings.
A serving of blueberries. fruits are hard for me as I do love them, but am doing low-carb. Will make seven with whatever frozen veggie I have and want. (1 Point)
ACCOMPLISHMENTS TBD

Correction
I was looking at December calendar, so Nov. 19 is this Saturday! So may do the cycle class, followed by body blast, and then treadmill for a bit. I also have a new pup, Rosie, a teacup chihuahua. So walking around with a 2.9 lb. weight... are there points for that?

In all my excitement of getting new puppy, I just remembered that the HBBC starts on the 19th! Which is a Monday but I just checked gym schedule and there are three classes in a row that night I could kick start this thang: Body Blast, Zumba, and Cycle. Not going to hibernate this winter...
