GOALS for Day One
1. 50 minute spin class. (points TBD on how I do with the low and high impact cardio)
2. 60 minute Body Blast (weight-lifting to music, so also a low impact cardio component?)
3. Treadmill Time TBD
4. Big salad with rest of greens, peppers, celery, cabbage, carrot... make it 5 servings.
A serving of blueberries. fruits are hard for me as I do love them, but am doing low-carb. Will make seven with whatever frozen veggie I have and want. (1 Point)
